Refund Policy

After the final processing of the "Product Return for Refund" as per our refund policy, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to the customer’s originating account.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the option to cancel their orders through the dashboard by logging into their profile. To be eligible for a cancellation, the request must be initiated within the next business day following payment.

If the order has already been shipped, customers must contact our customer care team directly at +91 72 8981 8981 or via email at info@saffronlife.co.in to request cancellation and arrange a refund.

Product Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in a marketable condition.
  • All Saffron products are covered by Saffron's Customer Product Refund Policy. If the product is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, you are entitled to return it within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
  • The original purchase invoice must be provided when returning the product.
  • This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or mishandled.
